These terms apply when you use chatsude.com (“Chatsude”, “the service”), operated by Ehlullah Ömer Yardımcı. By using the service, you agree to them.
Chatsude reads a WhatsApp chat export you provide and generates statistics and a visual, shareable summary of it, entirely in your own browser. A basic summary is free; some additional statistics require a one-time payment to unlock.
You are solely responsible for the chat file you choose to upload and analyze. You confirm that you have the right to view and process that conversation (for example, because you are a participant in it), and that doing so doesn't violate any agreement or law that applies to you.
Certain cards (activity heatmap, monthly trend, response speed, and longest uninterrupted conversation) are unlocked with a one-time payment, processed by Lemon Squeezy. The unlock applies to the specific chat analysis you generate at that time — analyzing a different chat, or the same chat again next year, is treated as a new result and isn't automatically included.

Chatsude is provided “as is”. Statistics are calculated from the file you provide and are only as accurate as that file's contents (WhatsApp's own export format can vary slightly by device and app version). We don't guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
You agree not to use Chatsude to process a conversation you don't have the right to view, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service (for example, automated bulk requests to our payment or email systems).
Chatsude is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
